1. Standard
We design and test the public website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, the reference standard of EN 301 549. As a micro-enterprise providing services, we are exempt from the service requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG, § 3(3)); we follow the standard voluntarily.
2. What we've done
- Text and interface colours meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 in the dark and light themes.
- Every function can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- The mobile menu and dialogs (such as cookie settings) close with the Escape key; dialogs keep keyboard focus inside while open.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Images carry text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Pages use landmarks and a logical heading structure, declare their language, and work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- Animations are reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
3. Known limitations
- The agency website is available in English, German, Ukrainian, and Armenian. Blog articles, product documentation, and the Advi AI dashboard are in English only.
- The Advi AI dashboard (after sign-in) contains complex tables and editors that we haven't fully audited yet.
- The website chat is loaded as a separate widget; we are still reviewing it with screen readers.
4. Report a barrier
If something on this website doesn't work for you, please tell us at iamvazghen@gmail.com or +49 176 22070509. Describe the page and the problem; we'll reply within two weeks and provide the information in another way if we can't fix it quickly.
