Data request

Use this form to exercise your rights under the GDPR: get a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw a consent. It's free.

How it works

  1. Send the form. You immediately get a reference code.
  2. We may ask you to confirm your identity by replying from the email address we know, so no one can request your data in your name.
  3. We answer within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). In complex cases this can be extended by two months; we'd tell you why within the first month.

Deletion covers all data we don't have to keep by law (for example invoices must be kept for up to 10 years; we then restrict them to that purpose). If your data was processed on behalf of one of our clients, for example through a chat on their website, we forward your request to that client and support them in answering it.

The address we know you by, so we can find your data.

We use your details only to handle your request and document that we did (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); we keep request records for 3 years. Legal basis and retention are explained in our Privacy Policy. Fields marked * are required.
