Agency retainers are priced for your situation after a free strategy call. Advi AI software is available on its own with fixed, published plans. Either way, you see every cost before you commit.
Agency retainer
A fixed monthly fee, based on your market and goals.
Every retainer is built around lead generation, plus the services your business needs. The free call and the proposal cost nothing.

Included in the retainer fee

Paid separately, always itemised
- Ad spend: paid by you directly to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn. We never mark it up.
- Hardware rental (iPad kiosk) and coffee service: at cost, billed by the provider or passed through without markup.
- Third-party licences you choose to use (for example a paid CRM or accounting tool).
- Creator fees for UGC, if a paid creator is used.
Ownership
What stays with you if the retainer ends.
Part of what you pay for is infrastructure we build and run for you. Here's exactly what is yours, what is licensed, and what a buy-out costs.

About agency pricing.
Why don't you publish agency prices?
Because a fair price depends on your market, competition, and goals. A fixed menu would mean either overcharging small businesses or under-delivering for larger ones. You get a written quote after the free call, before any commitment.
What does the written quote contain?
The services included, the fixed monthly fee, the minimum term and notice period, and every pass-through cost itemised (for example ad spend budget recommendation, device rental, coffee consumption). Nothing outside the quote is charged without your written approval.
What does a buy-out cost?
Buying out the custom website costs €14,900 for sites up to 15 pages and €24,900 for larger sites or sites with custom features. Unlimited rights to the photos from one shoot cost €2,900 (30 photos included, €95 per additional photo). All one-off, net. These prices reflect what a premium custom build costs in Germany, so keeping the retainer is always the better deal while it's delivering value.
Is there a setup fee?
If an engagement needs one-off work that justifies a setup fee (for example a new website build), it's stated in the quote. There are no hidden or surprise fees.
Is VAT included?
We currently operate as a small business under § 19 UStG, so no VAT is charged. Once we are VAT-registered, quotes state VAT separately.

About software plans
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You enter payment details at checkout and get full access for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, the plan starts automatically after 7 days at the price shown at checkout, and renews monthly or yearly until you cancel.
Which currency am I charged in?
Software plans are charged in US dollars (USD) by our billing provider, which bills in USD only. Your bank may add a currency-conversion fee; that fee is set by your bank, not by us. Agency retainers and buy-outs are invoiced in euros.
How do I cancel?
In your account settings, or without signing in through our cancellation page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for refunds and your right of withdrawal.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You see a notice in the dashboard as you approach it. At the limit, new prompts or conversations are paused until the next month or until you upgrade. Existing data stays accessible.
